We are a fully equipped classical Pilates studio offering mat classes, privates and semi-private lessons in Beverly Hills, California.

Owned and operated by Tiffany Stacey, Opus Pilates honors the legacy of the method, created nearly a century ago by Joseph Pilates. Its founding principles are based on the idea that one can truly transform the body through dedicated and rigorous practice. So, whether working on the mat, the Reformer, or the Cadillac, our Pilates instructors guide you through challenging workouts that tighten the core, improve strength and flexibility, and, of course, make you look and feel great.

Our Beverly Hills studio is thoughtfully divided into three spaces—the Reformer Room, Electric Chair Room, and Main Studio—each equipped with classical Pilates apparatus. Filled with natural light and a calm, welcoming energy, the space supports focused work and meaningful progress.

about the studio

    Please arrive early for your first session in order to fill out some paperwork.

  • We offer a range of solutions designed to meet your needs—whether you're just getting started or scaling something bigger. Everything is tailored to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

  • We combine a thoughtful, human-centered approach with clear communication and reliable results. It’s not just what we do—it’s how we do it that sets us apart.

  • Wear something that you can easily move in, preferably without buttons or zippers. Form fitting clothing will help your instructor see your alignment, but above all wear something that you feel comfortable in.

  • Pilates is a wonderful workout to do while you are pregnant, as long as you have already been doing it, as it is not advised to start a new exercise routine when pregnant. It helps keep you strong and balanced during your pregnancy, helps with labor and helps you “bounce back” afterwards.

    One of my clients kept coming until about 3 weeks before she gave birth! As long as you have been given the okay by your doctor, then Pilates is a great workout for you to do for as long as you feel comfortable.

    Your instructor will make changes as your body changes. For example, eventually you’ll stop lying on your stomach or being on your back for extended periods.

  • It is important to remember that most Pilates instructors are not physical therapists, but that Pilates is a safe and effective workout that can be modified to fit a client’s individual needs and limitations.

    Make sure to tell your instructor about any injuries, medications, recent surgeries or if you are pregnant. I believe in the Power Pilates approach stating that “movement heals”.

  • A 24-hour cancellation notification is required for all private sessions and a 12- hour cancelation policy applies to group classes, otherwise the full session price will be charged.

    All session packages expire one (1) year from the purchase date.
